Welcome to Jellybean Computers!!

Computers are wonderful tools. Especially when they work. You shouldn’t have to wonder if the personal data you keep on your PC is vulnerable to Identity thieves or hackers. We answer questions like: Why doesn’t my computer run like it did when it was new?  What is malware? Do I have a virus?… or spyware? Will my computer upgrade to the new operating system? Why is it running so slow? Is my personal Data safe?

We understand your frustration and have the answers to your computer questions. Getting the help you need doesn’t mean you have to take your computer apart and carry it in to one of the big box stores and wait… and wait…and….wait…or pay the prices at some national service chain with high overhead and offices all over the country.

Check back here often as we continue to build a site where you can find the answers to your everyday computer questions.

  • Your web site is great, if there is info in the basic internet & email I have not found it yet, but will check back often. I thought I had found the answer to windows mail, but, I am going to have to go back to embarq for their input. my Id and password were correct, but it will not accept a 3 digit number in the outgoing server port.

  • I want to restore my Dlink-615 router to factory setting. The CD that came with the router begin with the Start Up Wizard. I need to begin all over with creating settings, user password and a new SSID. The failure note explain that I have to reconfigure using the original password which has been changed so many times by reconfiguring. Any idea would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!.
